</div><div style="text-align: left;">Sirop :</div><div style="text-align: left;">1- Rincer, égoutter, équeuter les fraises puis les Mixer.</div><div style="text-align: left;">2- Passer les fraises mixées au chinois.</div><div style="text-align: left;">3- Dans une casserole chauffer à ébullition l'eau et le sucre.</div><div style="text-align: left;">4- Mélanger au fraises mixées.</div><div style="text-align: left;"><br />
</div><div style="text-align: left;">Bavaroise :</div><div style="text-align: left;">1- Rincer, égoutter, équeuter les fraises</div><div style="text-align: left;">2- Dans une casserole chauffer les 500g de fraises et 50 de sucre. (pas longtemps)</div><div style="text-align: left;">3- Mixer-les.</div><div style="text-align: left;">4- Ramollir les feuilles de gélatine dans l'eau froide </div><div style="text-align: left;">5- Mettre au frais la crème fleurette dans le saladier avec le fouet.</div><div style="text-align: left;">6- Mélanger au fouet, 3 jaunes d'oeuf et 50g de sucre. et y ajouter les fraises mixées.</div><div style="text-align: left;">7- Dans une casserole, mettre ce mélange sans cesser de fouetter et le chauffer à (85 degrés).</div><div style="text-align: left;">8- Puis y intégrer la gélatine essorée et bien fouetter de temps en temps pour refroidir à (25 degrés)</div><div style="text-align: left;">9- Monter la crème fleurette en Chantilly ( avec un peu de sucre )</div><div style="text-align: left;">10- En 2 fois, mélanger au fouet la chantilly à l'appareil de fraises refroidies. Une fois le mélange bien homogène , serrer ce mélange.</div><div style="text-align: left;">11- Couper en petits morceaux les 200g de fraises </div><div style="text-align: left;"><br />
</div><div style="text-align: left;">12- Chemiser le fond du moule à charlotte d'une feuille de cuisson. Puis d'un peu de bavaroise de fraises.</div><div style="text-align: left;">13- Imbiber les boudoirs cuillères du sirop de fraises et napper le moule à charlotte. ( les côtés et le fond )</div><div style="text-align: left;">-remettre un peu de bavaroises</div><div style="text-align: left;">-des morceaux de fraises</div><div style="text-align: left;">-boudoirs imbibés</div><div style="text-align: left;">-bavaroises</div><div style="text-align: left;">ainsi de suite ou comme vous le souhaitez !</div><div style="text-align: left;"><br />

1-Ramollir les feuilles de gélatine dans l'eau froide.<br />
2- Écraser ou mixer la chair d'avocat avec le poivre, le sel, le curry, le jus de citron.<br />
3-Faire fondre les feuilles de gélatine dans le lait chaud et mélanger aux avocats...<br />
4-Monter la crème liquide en chantilly ( au préalable mettre la crème dans le saladier et le fouet au frigo pour que le tout soit bien frais ), la salée.<br />
5- Mélanger la chantilly doucement à la moitié des avocats.<br />
6-Mélanger le thon avec un peu d'huile d'olive et ciboulette hachée <br />
7-Hachez les tuc ( les mélanger si vous voulez avec du beurre )<br />

1-Couper le potimarron, retirer les graines. Faire des dés.<br />
<br />
2-Saisir 5 min avec de l'huile d'olive et 1 gousse d'ail émincé.<br />
<br />
3-Puis verser 50cl d'eau, le cube de boeuf et la muscade.<br />
<br />
4-Laisser cuire 30 minutes.<br />
<br />
5- Égoutter les morceaux et filtrer le bouillon.<br />
<br />
6- Mixer les morceaux, le bouillon, la crème fraîche, le basilic, le sel et poivre. <br />
